Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support service for daily and regular office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and facilities management
  • Perform general reception duties and courier’s arrangement
  • Assist to manage general office administration, office maintenance and renovation
  • Support full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including attendance & leave record, events and medical insurance administration and other operational matters
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in HR / Admin field
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Strong in coordination, communication and adaptability to changes 
  • Self-motivated, positive thinking with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
