Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Lead & Manage Team of people.
2.Responsible for staff work allocation.
3. Looking after day to day office activities like making payments,setting up vendors,handling logistics,following up on order completion.
4. Point Person for Maintainance,Mailing,Shipping,Supplies,Equipment,Bills & Errands,
5. Liase with overseas offices.
6. Organise office operations & Procedures.Maintain a safe & secured working environment.
7. Adhoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- Proven Office Management ,administrative or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of Office Management responsibilities ,systems & procedures.
- Excellent Time management skills & Multitasking abilities .
- Attention to detail & Problem solving skills
- Excellent written & Verbal communication skills,
