• Design, build and implement learning and development programs or solutions under Vitasoy context by closely partnering with colleagues in manufacturing/frontline operations
  
  
• Assist in diagnosing and advising manufacturing/frontline operations on effective interventions to close performance and behaviour gaps from time to time
  
  
• Educate our colleagues to have Vitasoy’s attitude and behaviours to drive our business ahead
  
  
• Support company’s current or new initiatives when required
  

Requirements:

• A degree holder or above preferably from business related disciplines
  
  
• Have at least 5 years of solid learning and development experience and proven track record in course design and delivery in sizable companies or multi-national companies
  
  
• Prior frontline/operations experience is preferred
  
  
• Have strong business acumen and consulting skills to diagnose learning needs and give advice on practical solutions
  
  
• Strong people skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from all levels
  
  
• Self-motivated, resilient and goal driven to accomplish tasks
  
  
• Fast learner and positive towards changes
  
  
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for a managerial position
