Job Responsibilities:

-Perform daily settlement duties

-Handle the clients' fund deposit and withdrawal, and daily buy/sell order checking and matching

-Provide administrative support, including data input, reports preparation, filling and etc

-Communicate with internal peers and brokers to process the settlement issues

-Cooperate with other parties on product and business development such as operation flow design and system testing

-Other duties assigned by management

-Ensure daily operations in compliance with HKSFC regulations

 Requirements:

-Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Securities firm

-Solid experience in local stock market and overseas markets;

-Good at Mandarin is a must;

-Experience in the asset management is preferable;

-Experience in using trading system Ayers is perferable.

-Candidate immediately available is preferred.
