Job Description
Responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities.
- Diploma or above in Building Services or related disciplines preferred
- At least 5 years relevant experience in E&M installation and engineering
- Possessing sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Executive (Property / Building)
- Working location: Wanchai
