Job Description
- Prepare tender submission, tender analysis, contractual issues, claims & dispute resolution
- Prepare variation submission, follow up variation assessment and valuation of final account
- Assess sub-contractor’s variation orders, prepare sub-contract documentation
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate holder in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- Relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying
- Fluency in both written & spoken English & Chinese, Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Positions and Offers base on qualification and experience
