Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review governance and compliance strategy so as to ensure the quality and requirements on projects are met across different region for the Group
- Review existing process and recommend improvement plan to keep pace with business development and needs
- Provide cost analysis and market insights to business units in a timely manner
- Support business unit’s payment protocol and ERP system at high effective and efficiency level
- Act as advisor for large scale projects to ensure all contractual compliance are in place
- Estimate construction cost for new business development
- Support QS team to plan and develop system enhancement projects
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Surveying or related disciplines
- At least 10 years’ solid experience
- Holder of RICS or HKIS accreditation (or equivalent)
- Familiar with local and international regulations, procedures, standards and codes of practice
- Strong in cost and contract management
- Well organized with good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Self-initiated, able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Travel is required
