LC Studio is looking for a dynamic, action- oriented, creative and well-organised design project manager who is also a positive ‘people person’ to join the team. If you are looking for a place to roll up your sleeves and bring creative concepts to life, this is it.
Role: Design Project Manager
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years solid experience in managing decoration and fitting-out projects
- Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese
- Team player with positive and proactive attitude, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Able to work independently
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self motivated, creative, reliable, and responsible
Preferred skills:
Project management:
- Independently create project plans, manage multiple projects concurrently to keep on time and on quality
- Independently liaise on day-to-day project work with clients and co-ordinate internally
- Manage third party vendors and partners
- Coordinate and attend site visit
- Demonstrate good common sense, time management and problem solving thinking
Computer skills:
- Ability to make a full set of drawings which includes detail drawings, and modify defects accurately
- Proficiency in:
◦ AutoCad
◦ Handsketch or Freehand drawing
◦ Sketch-up/ 3D rendering software
◦ Photoshop/ illustrator/ InDesign
◦ Basic Microsoft Office programs
