  Job Responsibilities :

• Follow up the orders of the existing cooperative stores and maintain good relations with the stores
• Manage social media platforms and website
• Identify and explore new business opportunities
• Contact KOL for collaboration
• Coordinate and participate in Shanghai International Exhibition
• Contact and cooperate with China suppliers
• Business trip to China
• Perform ad hoc assignments

 Requirements : 

• Form 5 or above
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS office, Photoshop, Word, Excel
• Familiar with using Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Taobao
• Good communication and organization skills
• Handle multiple tasks  

 工作範圍 : 

• 跟進現有合作店鋪的訂單, 與店家保持良好關係
• 管理社交媒體平台和網站
• 識别和發掘新的商業合作機會
• 搜尋符合品牌調性的KOL並聯絡產品推廣合作事宜
• 推薦品牌參加上海國際展覽會事宜
• 需跟內地供應商合作溝通
• 偶爾需出差中國內地 
• 執行臨時安排的職務

入職要求： 

• 中五或以上學歷程度
• 流利英語(書寫及會話),   流利普通話
• 熟練掌握電腦軟件: Photoshop, Word, Excel
• 熟悉使用手機軟件: Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Taobao
• 良好溝通能力, 組織能力, 執行能力
• 可同時處理多項工作任務
