Job Description:

• Conduct physical testing and develop new test methods for juvenile and toys products according to EN, ASTM and ISO standards
• Maintain daily operation of toy mechanical lab, including coordination with Lab supervisor for equipment calibration, prepare results, etc.
• Discuss with equipment suppliers on the specification, maintenance, cost and delivery schedule
• Implementation of HOKLAS requirement

Skills and Requirements:

• Relevant degree holder or higher diploma or above in physics / mechanical engg. / product testing engg. or equivalent in relevant discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in toy mechanical lab
• Candidate with HOKLAS approval signatory will be considered as Lab supervisor
• Good knowledge of European, US regulations and standards on toys and childcare products such as EN71, ASTM and others
• Able to perform equipment maintenance and calibration
• Self-organized, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure
• Basic written English and computing skill like Microsoft Office, good command of spoken Chinese and English
