Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily smooth operations of the kitchen
• Work closely with Head Chef in supervise the culinary team
• Assist in managing on food costs, forecasts, budget, business planning
• Assist in menu creation
• Communication with culinary team for menu development
• Ensure the culinary team in accordance with occupational health and safety standard

Requirements:

• Certificate holder in culinary operations or above; holding hygiene manger certificate is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant culinary experience in western kitchen; preferably with pre-opening experiences
• Strong Knowledge of food hygiene and safety management 
• Good in leadership and interpersonal skills
• Independent and self-motivated
