PMQ partnered with the F&B entrepreneurial icon Twins Kitchen to launch Taste Kitchen, an incubator to facilitate the nurturing and promotion of the city’s most promising up & coming culinary talents. Every month, Taste Kitchen will be transformed into an exciting new restaurant, starring a different chef and a different dining concept. By offering a restaurant space, experienced staff and business guidance from Twins Kitchen, the Incubator Program is a first-of-its-kind initiative to nurture promising young and creative food talents in Hong Kong. At Taste Kitchen, we believe that every chef should have a chance to dream and a restaurant to shine. We will be the perfect stepping stone for them to achieve something big. We are now seeking passionate, like-minded talents to join the team to continue to grow this project with us.

Job Description:

• Supervise the front of house team to deliver high quality service to customers, and provide training and feedback to the team
• Work closely with the incubatee team on day-to-day operations, and make suggestions on product offering, menu design, cost control and other aspects when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Regular review of product quality with kitchen and management team
• Ensure goods and other products required for daily operations properly stocked
• Deliver regular reports on income and expenses to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience at a management position in the food and beverage industry
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills

INTERVAL is an innovative pop-up concept café and bar inside Central’s new event
space PRESET, featuring Hong Kong’s first Mavam Espresso Machine. Centrally located, INTERVAL serves as an inspiring mingling spot for visitors who need to take a breather or just to enjoy a good drink.
Not only we serves coffee but also a range of light food to dine in as well as beer and wine. We collaborate with well-known restaurants and bar regularly for pop-up events, including Bar Butler and Franzten Kitchen.
