Job Description
Requirements:
- 3-5 year work experience is preferred but not essential
- High Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or computing-related study
- Good knowledge in software installation and network equipment installation
- Experience in Windows servers, Linux, Firewall, Network/Internet security
- Good analytical mind in troubleshooting and resolve technical problems independently
- Network qualification such as MCSE, knowledge on Linux is a plus
- Good command of spoken and Putonghua
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Job duties:
- To provide IT support and onsite technical services to end users
- To perform system maintenance such as backup, software/hardware installation, configuration and inventory administration
- To maintain and implement on network infra-structure and security among our HK, China and US offices
