Responsibilities:

• Support corporate system infrastructure maintenance and enhancement
• Provide daily IT support to end user
• Ensure operation quality, troubleshoot on PC, network & systems problem
• Support to deployment of IT solution
• Regular report & review the operation procedures & compliances

 Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Information System or relavant discipline
• 4 years of relavant Information Technology experience
• Proficient in IT infrastructure products including network, enterprise system management, network & WiFi solutions, AD directory services, Windows server & VM platforms
• Hands-on experience with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Cantonese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior System Engineer
