Job Description
The Job
- Assist for client projects and system tool enhancement, setup and administration
- Ensure the quality and integrity of system rollout material, help on user guide, training material preparation
- Involve managing and setting up client user account application
- Prepare problem logs and support user enquiry, provide instruction and training to users
- Help to arrange data preparation, house-keeping and extraction for ad-hoc reques
The Person
- With Service Desk working experience or with Higher Diploma or above in Information System or equivalent will be an advantage
- 0-2 year working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (esp. Excel)
- Possess good communication skills and good in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, well-organized, independent, detail-minded and collaborative skills to work together
- Fresh Graduate also will be considered
