Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to identify new business values and translate into feature requests and business specifications
• Work collaboratively with other IT teams to identify appropriate technical solutions to realize the business requests
• Oversees the technical operations of our websites and mobile apps, provide technical support to business users, customer service team and issue resolution
• Creation and Execution of all test plans required for the new functionality and provide user training and documentation
• Develop best-in-class process and systems while driving continual improvement
• Manage both internal resources and external business partners to provide services in system development and implementation

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering or relevant
• At least 3 to 4 years e-commerce experience, preferable in retail / FMCG sector. Candidates without retail experience will also be considered
• Technical knowledge and experience in web development e.g. HTML5, Java, PHP. Experience in Magento is preferable.
• Experience in web analytical tools and payment gateways (i.e. Google Analytics, wirecard) are preferred.
• Knowledge on develop various marketing campaigns and social media integration (i.e. Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) are preferred.
• Knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mind and troubleshooting skills. Can work in a team and independently.
• Good communication in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken with spoken Mandarin will be an advantage
