Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls or enquiries on our product, troubleshooting, provide on-site support and deployment

Requirements :

• Diploma/ or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or other related disciplines
• +2 years relevant experience is preferred. (Fresh graduate will be considered.)
• Independent, self-motivated and good presentation, communication and troubleshooting skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• On-job training will be provide
• Immediate availability is preferred
