Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls or enquiries on our product, troubleshooting, provide on-site support and deployment
Requirements :
- Diploma/ or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or other related disciplines
- +2 years relevant experience is preferred. (Fresh graduate will be considered.)
- Independent, self-motivated and good presentation, communication and troubleshooting skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- On-job training will be provide
- Immediate availability is preferred
