Job Purpose:

Primary role to be the primary support specialist to offer the application support services to the enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures
• Preparation and Review of Incident/Management Report
• Update and Communicate procedures & documents
• On-duty standby support during non-office hours
• Project assistance for both internal and external client, including testing environment preparation, and testing support
• Research, develop and deploy with scripts or tools for efficiency improvement, system automation and error detection
• On-site production deployment support and DR Drill support

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of IT working experience in application development/programming or application support
• Fast learning, strong analytical, and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Preferably with previous experience in financial services Industry, equity trading or clearing settlement system is a plus
• Team player and self-motivated
• Sound knowledge of banking and technology
