Job Description
- Sound experience in pattern making & garment construction in Woven & Knit or Sweater, Fashion /casual wear, Sportswear, Outerwear, Lingerie Wear including Bra, Underwear; Swimwear… … etc.
- Able to create sewing construction details of styling, size-specification or even alter paper pattern whenever required;
- Sample evaluation and provide technical comments/reports for quality & sewing construction improvement; Fit samples on dummy or live model;
- Communicate with internal and external parties, incl. foreign designers, for sampling, fitting and pattern checking and Quality issues
- Managed Technical & Quality Dept. including HK, China & Off-shore QA team
- Able to identify quality issues and provide technical support, recommendations to management, regional office counterparts and factories;
- Tertiary education in Design, Clothing/ Textile, Merchandising or related discipline;
15 years or above experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years at similar level; - Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua:
- Working experience in Sizable company is a MUST;
- China/ Offshore trip is required;
