Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor infrastructure, i.e. server / network / system /security
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshooting IT issues
• Perform system installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Liaise and coordinate with different parties, i.e. vendors, users, support team
• Resolve project issues and coordinate project activities

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Experience in helpdesk / system / networking / software support
• Familiar with Windows OS / Linux / VMware
• Hardworking, responsible and good communication skills
• Self-motivated, Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer / Supervisor
