- Manage and lead the Technology Risk Team to ensure strict adherence to the corporate standards and regulatory requirements, establish and develop IT control policies and procedures
- Lead the Bank to align with HKMA’s requirements by conducting gap analysis and monitor the rectification
- Closely monitor any technology-related issues or incidents and control the risks through preventive, compensating and contingency measures
- Conduct regular IT key risk assessments and monitor key risk indicators, recommended to senior management and risk management committees the inherent risks, compensating controls and residual risks
- Drive the implementation of bank-wide IT security awareness and training program to promote the security cultures
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- 5+ years of working experience in IT security risk area with Bank, insurance or financial industry
- Holder of CISSP, CISM or CISA is preferred
- Extended knowledge of IT Security Risk Management concepts
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
