Responsibilities:

• Build a communication bridge between providing consultation & supporting to end-users
• Involve in full project cycle from project planning to implementation 
• Liaise with internal and external parties for system development and integration
• Collect user requirements and provide recommendations to meet the operational needs
• Conduct a business process analysis and identify opportunities for innovation, explore and solutions

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Computer Science or related
• Basic knowledge of IT language skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
