IT Technical / System Support

Responsibilities:

l   Provide technical / system support for internal/ external users;

l   Perform daily operation on servers and IT infrastructure;

l   Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;

l   IT project implementation, liaise with internal users and external vendors;

l   Maintain IT software/ hardware inventory and records;

l   Follow up ad-hoc projects;

l   Backup and recovery administration

Requirements:

l   Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar discipline;

l   Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in an IT support role, preferably in Retail / Warehouse industry;

l   Familiar with Windows, Linux, VM server, Exchange Server, TCP/IP, Firewall, FTP & MS Active Directory services

l   Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamic AX is an advantage

l   System administration on MS Windows 10, Windows servers, Remote Desktop, SQL and web servers

l   Responsible for developing, maintenance, monitoring and supporting servers, storage and network infrastructure

l   Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;

l   Immediately available is preferred.
