Key responsibilities:

• Proactively work with business to understand project requirements and identify best business flow and process models
• Apply Agile approach to drive the success implementation of various projects
• Collaborate closely with product owners in project planning and the prioritise various initiatives
• Participate in solutions design and manage backlog priorities
• Timely review deliverable and communicate effectively to drive project completion and end-to-end application implementation

Qualifications:

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Good working knowledge of data flow/data schema design and Agile methodology
• Logical, analytical mindset
• A problem solver and a self-driven team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly fluent English spoken and written abilities
• Down-to-earth and willing to learn

Advantage Points:

• PM or BA experience in Life or Medical Insurance sector (banking or other backgrounds are also welcome to apply)
