Our client, an international IT Company with their APAC headquarter located in Hong Kong, is now looking for Technical Sales Consultant to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality pre-sales support and provisioning support
• Understand customer’s requirements clearly and thoroughly
• Provide and present sound solution to customer through solution proposal, RFP response and presentation
• Demonstrate product capabilities through Proof of Concept (POC)
• Provide provision services for new and existing customers until acceptance
• Ensure complete and up-to-date documentation
• Ensure project status being well communicated with operation team

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of following roles in ISPs, MSSPs, hosting providers, or Internet solution vendors
  • (a) sales engineer / solution engineer / presales engineer
  • (b) engineering / planning / product / operation
• Solid experience and knowledge in TCP/IP, IGPs, BGP, GRE and DNS are a must
• Experience in BGP peering/transit routing policy management and tuning is a must
• Experience and knowledge on DDoS mitigation technologies and solutions is a huge plus
• Experience in planning, configuring and troubleshooting SP networks is preferred
• CCIE/CCNP/JNCIE/JNCIP/GIAC/CEH/CISSP certificate
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to travel occasionally to other offices or customer sites
