Major Responsibilities:

• Technical, consultative solution selling role with ability to develop business case, including ROI and TCO analysis
• Responsible for collaborating with sales and delivery teams to apply technology solution which comprises IT infrastructure, software and service solutions for industry domains to address to the customer's challenges
• Act as an integral part of the solution team and will take the lead role in recommending the appropriate solutions for the customer
• After the sales team has discovered and pre-qualified the opportunities, the solution architect will work on the detail qualification and drive to close these solution opportunities with customers
• Support the sales team for establishing and maintaining relationships with the key decision makers and executives within the customers. Leverage on this customer relationship to ensure that solution is best positioned to address the customers’ problems

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Excellent written English and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Good understanding of, and experience with enterprise software, especially in the field of digital transformation including IoT and data analytics
• Demonstrate a working knowledge in high performance systems (large scale installations, clustering, high throughput, etc.)
• Familiar with customer challenges (large scale problems, server/storage management and IT consolidation principles, cloud computing, etc.)
• Minimum of 10 years technical work experience
• Minimum of 5 years selling end to end solutions covering a wide variety of technologies
• Customer facing experience is a must
• Positive attitude and have ability to deal with ambiguity
• Able to translate complex technical topics to different levels within a company (from IT Manager to the C-level)
• Must be able to work independently
• Basic selling skills and good time management skills required
