Job Duties:

• General Helpdesk on MS windows/ MS Office
• Hardware and software installations
• Network Monitoring
• POS / ERP monitoring
• Windows server monitoring
• IT administration work
• ERP System Operating

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2-3 years working experience in IT helpdesk support
• Experience in Window Server support, Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook and network troubleshooting
• Prior exposure in network security and system support is preferable
• Independent, Self-discipline, proactive with good problem solving skills
• SQL skill is an advantage
