Our client is leading architectural and engineering group based in HK.  To cope with the rapid expansion, they are now inviting high calibre and dynamic candidates for the position of IT Manager.

Job Duties:

• Lead the IT team to support the business growth efficiently, ensure appropriate technology, suitable policies and procedures are adopted effectively within the group
• Manage the entire IT project cycle, such as: gathering user requirements, budgeting, tender preparation, vender selection, risk management...etc.
• Oversee the daily operations and promptly resolve any issues of the company’s network, servers, databases and equipment
• Assist in the implementation of new technology infrastructure, network security, system software…etc.
• Prepare and monitor the annual IT budget and resources to support the business growth
• Communicate with the key management and recommend on using latest IT to improve operation effectiveness/business growth.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant experience, with min 5 years in management level
• Hand on project management skills and sound knowledge in project management methodologies and techniques
• Good exposure to latest IT solutions, included security solutions, business information system, database management, communication systems and PC and windows applications.  Knowledge in Building Information Modelling is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Required to travel to other branch offices occasionally
