Job Description
Must have skills*
• A bachelor’s Degree in (Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Experience on functional / nonfunctional testing.
• Exposure on Automation tools used in Testing life cycle including HP, QTP, SELENIUM
• Understanding of Agile and banking domain knowledge
• Experience on managing testing for large core banking application development and enhancement projects
Good to have skills*
• Banking Domain Experience
• Unit testing skills / Shift Testing skills
• Willing to learn new technologies with good self-learning ability
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus
Key responsibilities*
• Manage IT QA team by training and coaching them, communicating job expectations and appraising performance.
• Develops and implements quality assurance problem reporting processes and systems.
• Analyzes deficiencies in service or performance and recommends product or service improvements to address problems.
• Designs and implements defect reduction programs.
• Manages a group of quality assurance analysts who evaluate, test, and validate software and/or IT services.
• Make significant contributions to the success of projects by applying demonstrated knowledge.
• Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet project goals.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork that allows for each employee and the department to succeed.
• Respond to emergencies, oversee and resolve issues as required.
