The Company

Our Client is a renowned pharmaceutical company based in Hong Kong. They develop, manufacture, and distribute a wide range of OTC medicines locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group IT Manager, the main role of the incumbent is to develop and maintain the enterprise infrastructure of the Company to support a secured, reliable, compliance and efficient IT environment and its operations.

Specific duties are to:

• Develop and maintain IT architecture processes that align with company and business strategies.
• Develop IT technology, roadmap and governance standards based on sound enterprise architecture practices and principles.
• Establish IT architecture models that can be leveraged across different teams within the IT Department.
• Share best practices and create deliverables for business application, IT infrastructure and other reference architectures.
• Engage the business units to ensure IT operations and development are aligned with company IT architecture and governance practice.
• Develop and maintain system policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both operation staff and vendors/developers.
• Generate and analyze reports.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Relevant IT architecture qualifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, CISA, CISM, COBIT, ITIL, etc.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in developing enterprise IT architecture blueprints by applying various architecture methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of IT Infrastructure, ITSM and IT governance or related disciplines.
• Good strategic planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities and an open-minded working attitude.
• Proven experience as a supervisor and excellent teamwork skills in a fast phased and challenging environment.
• Good language skills in English and Chinese
• Previous experiences in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a definite advantage
