Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily technical support and implement project to Windows, virtualization, Cloud infrastructures
• Handle customer requirements including end-to-end implementation, on-going support and documentation
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal support teams for project implementation and other technical support

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
• 1+ year hands-on experience in managing Windows servers, MS Hyper-V & Could Infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS)
• Experience in PowerShell scripting or Active Directory an advantage

7)  Network engineer

Job Description

Duties:

1. Responsible for the success of regional network services.  This includes, but is not limited to: Configure, troubleshoot and support Cisco routers (ASR, ISR, IOS), switches (Catalyst, Nexus) and WAN  Appliances

1. Provide network operation and project support to Asia Pacific regions
2. Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of incidents queues and executing network changes as required after business hours. 
3. Opens and monitors TAC cases with our vendors as required
4. Adheres to all change control processes and configuration standards
5. Attends various meetings during their shift as well as conducting troubleshooting bridges with peers, vendors and customers
6. Ensure timely and accurate communications to the customer are occurring 

 Requirements:

• 7+ years as a hands-on network engineer implementing, designing and supporting a large enterprise network is required
• Advanced working expertise of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, experience with MPLS, VRF and ISIS is a plus.  
• Advanced working expertise of LAN technologies (HSRP, VRRP, STP,VLANs and IP-subnetting)
• Good working knowledge of network cabling infrastructure and specifications
• Experience with L2, L3, L7 Firewall, Wireless controller

8)   Engineer (AIX) 

Job

• Perform technical support including installation, configuration and product patching / upgrade on various middleware products
• Work on the design and implementation of middleware services for internal and external projects
• Provide application deployment, production support, monitoring, problem diagnostics and performance tuning of middleware services to internal and external projects
• Perform night emergency call support when necessary

Skill

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experienced in Oracle WebLogic Server / Tomcat /Websphere
• Experience in Apache / IBM HTTP Server / IBM WebSphere Application Server / IBM WebSphere MQ / JBoss / Microsoft IIS is preferred

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, or related disciplines with 0-5 years of experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
