Responsibilities:

• Perform network maintenance, system upgrades
• Maintain network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Oversees security of all systems and the network
• Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware / software problems
• Assist in project implementation & UAT
• Provide documentation and support service during project delivery
• Provide support and technical solution for in-house systems including installing and configuring computer system, networking, internet, software, printers and scanners, Cisco phone administration, VC and maintenance of window servers
• Handle any tasks that are assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in computer science or related discipline
• Exposure in financial institution is an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in IT networking, security, infrastructure setup
• Experience in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience on project coordination & IT support
• Patient, good problem diagnosis and solving skills
• Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Can work independently under limited supervision
• Immediate available is preferable
