Our Client is one of the global leaders in luxury retail, they are looking for high calibre IT professional with strong delivery experience of large multifunctional projects/programs, with strong IT (retail / marketing) delivery stream.  This role will help manage the Global Consumer Care Salesforce Service cloud deployments with an outsourced call center provider.

Responsibilities:-

• Senior Stakeholder management and communication.
• Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
• Uses project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Effectively applies PMO methodology and enforces project standards across projects and work efforts.
• Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments.
• Directs and monitors work efforts on a daily basis.
• Identifies resource needs and ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments.
• Works with multiple cross functional teams – Global/Regional
• Works daily with outside vendors/partners.
• Manages project risk exposure and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
• Tracks key project milestones and manages project plans, budget and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders based on agreed requirements and scope, using defined change control processes.
• Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources (people/money) of the work effort being managed.
• Provides Project Financial Management.
• Manages interdependencies across IT, working with other Project and Program Managers in order to identified and manage interdependent deliverables.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
• Selects appropriate work procedures and approaches to address technical/functional, process and/or people challenges.

Requirements:-

• 10-25% travelling.
• Fluency in English / Mandarin is mandatory.
• PMP / PgMP and/or other accredited PMI or PM certification (such as Prince 2).
• Must have 10+ years delivering complex IT application projects/programs, working at various levels.
• Proven track record and experience in delivering projects within time and budget.
• Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools such as those defined by Project Management Institute (PMI) and included in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).  This should include knowledge and use of resource management, portfolio management, demand management and governance techniques.
• Experience leading large complex cross functional projects / programs impacting core business processes across retail and marketing.
• Experience of having worked for a similar large scale global organization in a highly matrix, dynamic and managed environment.
• Experience of managing relationships and deliverables across global IT and business organizations.
• Must have worked with global teams and are comfortable working global hours.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced user of Microsoft application (i.e. Power Point / Excel / MS Teams).
• Methodical in approach.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud desired.
• Experience working with Contact centers desired.
