Responsibilities

• In-charge of overall application interface / reporting projects for the new Core Banking System implementation
• Lead and manage the systems transformation projects, oversee the development of project plans, coordinate with other project managers on the implementation of workflows, cut-over, protocols and activities on project delivery within the timeline and budget with high level of quality
• Work closely with key stakeholders, solution vendors on system development, UAT,  implementation, data conversion in system migration & conversion projects
• Determine, analyze and identify performance metrics, measurement and improvement plans
• Manage project risk, issues and their dependencies, and provide remediation
• Support senior management on progress reporting / dashboards / change management
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate in Information Technology or related discipline with PMP credential is an advantage
• Over 15 years IT experiences and at least 7 years in banking / finance sector;
• Solid experiences in IT project delivery, data conversion and testing management with exposures in core banking systems, payment system preferably
• Experience in banking IT projects, implemented application interface / reporting (for core banking system, data warehouse) is a definite advantage
• Meticulous, attention to detail, self-motivated, good team player and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua speaking will be an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
