DevOps Lead/ Lead DevOps Engineer – Hong Kong

Opus have partnered with a global supply chain organisation who are looking to hire a DevOps Lead. This position forms part of team responsible for delivering a companywide digital transformation project. You will be working with Agile/Scrum teams to drive DevOps culture, tackle platform challenges including CI/CD. You will work with a team of developers/engineers to deliver an industry leading platform.

Role Responsibilities:

-Lead and develop a global team of Software engineers

-Work with the existing team to deploy and operate cloud environment

-Administer, monitor and deploy systems and services on Azure cloud platform

-Help automate and streamline operations and processes

-Collaborate with technical leads to integrate and document an end-to-end design 

-Troubleshoot issues with multiple environments and lead initiatives for scaling, upgrading our systems and services to improve availability, reliability, and performance

Technical Skills:

-Experience in managing Azure cloud services (Azure Kubernetes Services) and Azure DevOps

-Experience or knowledge in one or more configuration management services (Chef, Puppet, Ansible)

-Experience in scripting languages (Python/Bash/Perl/etc.)

-Experience in logging/monitoring tools and services
