Duties 

• Provide on-site IT technical support including desktop/ servers continuations
• Trouble shoot network problem, carryout inspection and come with recovery action
• End-User HelpDesk support - PC/MAC, phone/tablet (IOS, Android)
• Manage Email accounts
• Keep track hardware and software inventory record
• Maintain/Monitor Server Mirroring, Remote Site Backup

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years' hands on experience in MS Windows Server (Active Directory), Distributed File System (DFS) & workstation administration, LAN, PC hardware/ software installation, anti-virus, computer-related and End-user support
• Past experience in maintain multi-server environment
• Holder of MCSE or relevant certificate an advantage
• Familiar with MS Access development and support
• Self-initiative, independent, mature and good interpersonal and communication skills
