We look for the person who can help in:

• Deliver excellent customer service to English speaking customers around the world
• Answer incoming calls, live-chat and emails from customers
• Responsible for social media communication and forum replies
  
• Manage order fulfillment tasks and work with other departments to complete orders quickly
• Communicate customer feedback and process suggestions for on-going service improvement

The right candidate must have the following attributes:

• Speaks and writes good English
• Form 7 or above with at least 1 year of working experience in related fields
• Available on weekends including Saturday and Sunday.
  
• Identify customers’ needs accurately and resolve effectively
• Experience on Online Trading and e-Commerce is an advantage
• Well-organized and structured person with strong character and work ethics
• Self-disciplined, takes responsibilities, pleasant personality, honest and eager to learn
