Responsibilities:

•          Perform data mining and analysis to identify new business opportunities
•          Lead the design of big data solutions and the training program
•          Develop and communicate standards for data structures
•          Lead and manage the group projects and initiatives
•          Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University Degree in Statistics/ Computer Science/Economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, and consumer finance /insurance/banking related business, preferably with big data application and implementation experience
• Strong analytical mind with basic understanding of different statistical methodologies 
• Detail-oriented, strong business sense, influencing skill, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese
