Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of marketing plans and programs for group’s multiple business units

• Assist in establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and / or services

• Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, advertising and promotion activities

• Communicates with advertising agencies, writers, blogers, artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-up and production of promotional materials

• Liaise with internal departments and external parties for formulation and implementation of marketing programs

• Preparation of all sales and marketing materials such as newsletters, welcome packs, brochures, presentations including copywriting in both English and Chinese

• Conducts marketing surveys and prepares marketing activity reports

• Responsible for addressing customer enquiry, complaints, resolving problems and card / e-data base management

• Other daily operation issues for VIP card

Requirement

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent

• Min. 5 years related experience with at least 1 year in the same capacity

• Must have good command in spoken and written English & Chinese, preferably to be with MNC / luxury branding exposure

• Strong business sense, good interpersonal, communication and PC skills

• Experience in marketing loyalty programs preferable

• Strong sense of branding
