Job Description

•          Deliver BPM workflow or Anti-money laundering banking projects
•          Lead a team of onshore and offshore developers to design and develop technical solutions
•          Analyze the system requirements, conducting detailed design and architecture
•          Prepare document on technical/functional specification and report to senior management
•          Manage the entire project life cycle including project planning, testing, resource allocation, and cost control
•          Drive overall user satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
•          Manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks to delivery, and establish contingency plans to reduce delivery impact
•          Establish proper governance to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance

Requirements

•          Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
•          Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with solid development experience
•          Experience with BPM workflow or Anti-money laundering is preferred but not a must
•          Proven track record of managing large scale software development projects
•          Experience of working in banking or financial institution is not a must
•          Strong people and project management skills with experience in managing external vendors, as well as delivering multi-projects in parallel
•          Proficient communication skills in English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
•          PMP certified preferable
