Responsibilities

• Support IT Operations in various regions including HK, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Japan   
• Responsible for PC, server and network support, configuration and troubleshooting
• Support the computing requests from end users in responsible sites
• Responsible for onboarding logistics
• Handle IT hardware and software upgrade and system and daily / weekly server backup
• Coordinate with IT Manager to implement IT policies and securities
• Support multi-function printers and technology in conference rooms and company events
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 4+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure with sound knowledge in VM infrastructure including VCenter and Vsphere
• Proficient in CCNA, VCP, MCSE, active directory and O365 is an advantage
• Customer service focus for operation excellence and able to work with different levels of the organization
• Possess experience in working with vendor on contract review, HW and SW maintenance agreement, enrollment and renewal
• Good command of spoken & written English

Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Officer.
