Job Description:
- Provide ongoing Level 1 IT support for end users
- Proficient in Windows 10 installation and administration, MS Office and preferably AD
- Troubleshoot Wifi issues anti-virus, anti malware and other software installation issues
- Upgrade/ Migrate user platforms
- Visit multiple customers based on user requirements and solve their IT issues and enhance IT experience
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in providing end user support
- Basic knowledge in networks such as CCNA
- Expert in troubleshooting Wifi issues, anti-virus, anti malware and other software issues
