Responsibilities:

• Meet with external customers to provide IT solutions, handle RFQ in specific IT requirements and prepare for all the related RFQ costing
• Lead some innovation topics and drive them to products and solutions
• Organize regular updates to the Operations Managers, Key Account Manager and customers for client accounts
• Build strong working relationships with the business teams, especially focus on some designated sectors
• Responsible for the development and implementation of effective customer solutions in accordance to the IT Strategy and in conjunction with the Regional IT Solutions Team
• To provide continuous improvement for business unit Profit & Loss through effective usage of the IT services and solutions
• To provide effective IT support to the business development function - presales to implementation
• Manage knowledge sharing of business updates and products within the IT Team
• Collect operation opinions, actively provide feedback and possible enhancement to the operation by IT solutions
• Customer information maintenance, keep the customer information updated and accurate in the ITDB system

Requirements:

•  A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline(s)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Solutions area with at least 2 years from warehouse operations/ logistics/ supply Chain/ forwarding industries
• Ability to respond aggressively to changing trends in IT technology and business environment
• Keen appreciation of new technologies, constantly upgrading his / her technical knowledge and keep abreast of the latest IT developments
• Customer oriented, presentable with strong people communication skills in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
