Job Summary:

To be the technical & application expert on all sales activities with target customers, ensuring the sales teams achieve profitable business growth by delivering customer orientated solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and effective support provided to the sales team to expand the business
• Be the bridge among customers, sales team and operations department
• Identify, design and document solution that meets customer's expectations, and be able to proactively demonstrate the relevance of the recommended solution to the customer
• Provide technical expertise in supporting the Internet of Things products
• Provide timely response to technical inquiries and recommend optimal solutions to address customers’ issues
• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals for customers
• Establish and maintain the relationship with existing and potential customers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor diploma in Electronic Engineering, computer engineering or a degree will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of sales or sales support experience
• Outgoing personality, a people orientation, assertive, and able to work independently
• Travelling to China may require
