Our client, a medical software provider, is now looking for a high caliber candidate to take on their IT Manager role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal & external business analysis by ensuring requirements meet business & company objectives
• Assists Software Solution Division with new product development, product testing, document review and related activities
• Researches, develops, and modifies technical support documents, procedures, tools, and user documentation.
• Provide consultation and project management services to external customers throughout Asia Pacific on installing the company’s medical system
• Acts as the primary contact, gather clients’ requirement to develop project plans and coordinate all activities related to the implementation.
• Resolve problem during implementation and occasionally provide onsite support services
• Develop training and demonstration materials and present to the clients about the system
• Manage all in house IT daily operation
• Performs quality review of technical support logs and modification requests
• Manages ongoing relationship with third-party providers of computer system hardware and support services
• Assists with the strategic planning and forecasting processes

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Business or related disciplines
• Extensive software project management expereince
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with relevant job responsibilities such as IT manager or Project Manager
• Medical company or software development or implementation experience will be a definite advantage
• Have a strong analytical mind with excellent relationship management skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English
