Analyst Programmer

Responsibility: 

• Responsible for development, implementation, improvement and analysis of sub-system design on both front-end and back-end web applications
• Design, develop and test complete responsive web application by performing unit testings, preparing test plan, test cases/scripts and test environments 
• Responsible for coding, application implementation and projects' documentation
• Support UAT and communicate with internal parties to troubleshoot software development problems.
• Provide professional Ad-hoc duties as required
  

Requirement:  

• Degree Holder in Computing or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years solid experience particular in web development frameworks, cdevelopment experiences are beneficial although not necessary
• Solid experiences in Struts, Spring, JavaScript/jQuery, Python, C#.net or Java with solid programming experience
• Sound knowledge in Oracle and SQL sever databases
  
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Sensational analytical and problem solving skills 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure

System Analyst

Responsibility: 

• Responsible for application design, analyse and implementation cycle to meet client users' requirement for multi-tier web applications systems 
• Design, develop and test complete data conversion, migration plan, system integration and web application strategies
• Responsible for projects' documentation such as new proposal and tender documents based on clients' requirements and guidelines such as HKSAR Government Effective Systems Analysis & Design Guide
• Support managerial duties and communicate with programmer subordinates for projects cycle implementation and application development 
• Provide professional Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement:  

• Degree Holder in Computing, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years' solid experience particular in system analysis, design and software development, HKSAR Government Systems Analysis & Design and implementation experiences are beneficial although not necessary
• Solid experiences in .Net, Java, SML, Windows and Unix Platform, reporting solutions and or other web application development
• Sound knowledge in GIS is a definite advantage 
  
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Sensational analytical, proactive attitude and problem solving skills 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure with managerial skills
