Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum IT services including network infrastructure, application, various IT projects to achieve company objectives
• Manage application initiatives such as SAP,  POS improvement, CRM system and HR system etc
• Support front-line and back office function
• Perform regular audit to ensure application and standard operation procedures comply with corporate standard
• Develop and implement the policies and procedure of IT to ensure all IT activities comply with the regulatory requirements
• Work closely with internal customers and external business partners/ vendors in business process and system integration projects
• Provide end-users with IT support and host training sessions when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience with at least 1 years at supervisory level from retail industry or sizable company
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server
• Good Experience in firewall, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN, Wireless network 
• Certifications of PMP is preferred
• Excellent leadership skills,  vendor management, negotiation, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a non-technical language
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese, English and Putonghua 
• Immediate Available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior IT Sepcialist
