We are looking for a UI/UX designer to help build and enhance the platform, and also the company website. You will collaborate with our product team, designers and engineers to develop the platform. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for practical and clean design, understanding of customers’ expectation with our product.

Responsibilities / Daily Tasks:

- Communicate ideas and designs effectively in a cross-functional product development team
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex ideas
- Conduct user research and testing
- Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

- Preferably 1-2 years of experience, fresh graduate is welcomed.
- Proficient in a variety of design and prototyping tools including but not limited to: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Invision.
- Highly self-motivated, pro-active, willing to learn and hard working to meet project deadlines
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to understand how to balance business strategy with user needs and technological constraints
- Proficient in English and Cantonese, preferably Mandarin.

Plus+

- Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience in designing B2B platform/dashboard.
- Familiarity with technical issues and ability to work constructively & persuasively with development teams
- Passionate about start-up environment
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
