Skills / Technologies Desired:

• Functional knowledge of Telecom domain
• Should be experienced in Test Management processes and test management tools
• Good analytical and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with stakeholders/support teams, work independently and be flexible
• Hands on experience in test tracking tools like JIRA, ALM etc
• Technical knowledge of CRM, telecom BSS domain
• Deep understanding of business process flows in a postpaid, prepaid billing and charging systems

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, Test Reporting and Sign offs for all Test deliverables.
• Manage implementation of Test governance, reporting and escalation process/templates
• Provide Test estimates and manage change control
• Prepare onsite/offshore resource loading plan
• Manage and report Test related risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions and action items
• Manage interfaces with testing teams and other groups
• Attend various meetings/calls and provide status on test activities 
• Run defect triage calls during test execution phases
• Coordinate and communicate with client from onsite/offshore locations
• Work closely with solution designers and developers and track issues to closure
