Job Responsibilities :

• Lead the support team to fulfil user support
• Design and develop the holistic infrastructure and architecture to maintain a high availability IT environment
• Participate projects that involves infrastructure setup
• Partners with vendors to manage hardware resources to deliver projects on time and within budget

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or Engineering related discipline
• 3-5 years of IT working experience
• Experience in using PM methodologies (Agile & Waterfall); good to have JIRA & SQL
  
• Experience with creating processes and process improvement
• Hardware experience a plus
• 10% travel to Japan
• Immediate Available is much preferable
